We are an Irish owned Debt management company based in Swords, Co Dublin. We offer professional debt advisory and debt management plans in Ireland through our national network of Qualified Financial Consultants.

What we do

• We negotiate and agree affordable debt payments for our customers with their creditors.
• Our representation results in creditors agreeing to freeze interest and charges and in many cases creditors may agree to partial write off of debt. Of course we cannot guarantee that either may happen, this will depend on your personal financial circumstances.
• We explain the legal consequences of not dealing with your debt.
• Throughout the term of their plans, our customers have access to a personal advisor for ongoing advice.

Our approach to personal advice

While you can contact us by phone for advice on managing your debts.

• Our preference is to arrange for face to face meetings between you and our Qualified financial consultants.
• Located nationwide, our consultants have years of experience in helping people in financial difficulty. Wherever you live or work we will have a consultant nearby who will meet with you for an initial and free consultation anytime during the day or evening time six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Our people

Our owners and principal officers are financial service professionals having extensive experience in providing people with valued financial advice for over two decades. All our people are highly trained, skilled and experienced in helping people to manage their financial affairs.

Our CEO, Eugene McDarby has extensive experience in the financial services sector through a career spanning over two decades in providing financial advice and managing financial service advisory firms. Eugene is the Chairman for the Debt Management Association of Ireland - www.dmai.ie

Alan Farrelly established Farrelly Dawe and Associates in 1989 with Kevin Dawe. In its 21 years in business the firm has expanded and acquired other accountancy firms throughout the North East region to establish a large firm providing a variety of services through its three divisions: UHY Farrelly Dawe White Registered Auditors & Accountants.

We deal with all Irish Banks and creditors

As a reputable and respected debt management company, we maintain positive relationships with all leading creditors including banks, building societies, credit unions and finance houses.

We are actively advocating to the Irish Government, opposition parties, and state agencies for the appropriate licensing and regulation of the debt management sector by a designated state consumer protection authority.
